Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic Deliveries (Brazil)

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and shipment size.

  • Dispatch is handled on business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Customers receive shipment confirmation and tracking (where applicable).

International Bulk Shipping

For export orders, we offer:

  • FOB (Free on Board)

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)

  • CFR (Cost & Freight)

  • EXW (Ex Works)

Shipping methods include:

  • 20ft & 40ft containers

  • Palletized cargo

  • Bulk vessel shipments

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday only.

  • Large-volume orders may require additional preparation time depending on stock and documentation.

Order Cut-Off Times (Domestic Dispatch)

To qualify for next-working-day dispatch (where applicable):

  • Parcel Orders: Must be placed by 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

  • Pallet / Bulk Orders: Must be placed by 11:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed after these times will be processed the following business day.

Friday Dispatch Policy

Orders dispatched on Friday will typically be delivered the next business day (Monday), depending on destination and carrier schedule.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order quantity

  • Packaging type (25kg / 50kg bags)

  • Destination

  • Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.)

Bulk orders benefit from reduced cost per metric ton.

Final shipping charges are confirmed during quotation and contract agreement.
